Returns and refunds

Lizky's Art does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, or color preference. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email lizkys.artstudio@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed problems. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required for a confirmed problem, we will provide the return address and cover return shipping.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If you have not received it after 15 business days from approval, contact lizkys.artstudio@gmail.com.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to faulty goods and any legally required returns, cancellations, or refunds.
